Returning to Calm is a gathering to transform everyday stress, worry and anxiety
into calm and balance.
The gathering opens a safe space to come together and heal in community.
There will be an invitation for everyone to share about what they are going through as well as to transform any stress, anxiety or worry with the transformative process of PSYCH-K® and return to a calm state of being.
Returning to calm includes:
a moment to connect with the breath and body, sinking into silence and the present moment
sharing circle: an opportunity for everyone to share whatever feels right in the moment
collective PSYCH-K® facilitated by the host which will transform any stress in the body and mind leaving one with a lasting sense of calm and balance
This is a space where everyone is welcome just as they are, a place to be seen and held, to connect with others and to transform and return home to a calm state of being.
